Waiting on God by Andrew Murray

Are we waiting on God before we move?

How often the "busy-ness" of life creeps up and overwhelms us! Rather than having to depend on our own strength, it is our Christian privilege to enter into God's presence. As we do, He will supply answers to our problems and give direction for our lives.

"The great lack of our faith is that we do not know God. The answer to every complaint of feebleness and failure, the message to every congregation or convention seeking instruction on holiness, ought to simply be: What is the matter, do you not have God? If you really believe in God, He will make everything all right. God is willing and able by His Holy Spirit. Cease from expecting the least good from yourself, or the least help from anything there is in man. Just yield yourself unreservedly to God to work in you. He will do all for you. How simple this looks! And yet, this is the gospel we so little know."
Andrew Murray, Waiting on God

In Waiting on God you will discover:

  • That God will supply your every need
  • How to grow spiritually
  • God's limitless power in answering prayer
  • The way to intercede successfully for others
  • How to rest in God's everlasting strength

In this Christian classic, Andrew Murray shares thirty-one powerful meditations  one for each day of the month. Each meditation points to the priceless reward of waiting on God, which is His awesome presence, refreshing our spirits and teaching us more about Himself. This beautiful little book will renew your vision and provide new strength as you find answers for your problems and live the victorious life God planned for you.

    Waiting on the Lord

Andrew Murray’s book “Waiting on God” is an excellent writing on the subject of waiting on the Lord. So many scriptures come alive to the subject of waiting on Him. He doesn’t spare the emphatic importance of choosing Sovereign God first and above all other choices every day and in every way. God’s Will and ways does require a personal decision that costs everything. Oh how worthy He is of our everything to surrender self to His Divine plans.
