Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by LivingChristianBooks.com (a subsidiary of Shulamite Ministries) within 30 days of shipment date (on invoice) for a full refund (less the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee). We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Intent of Return Notification
We ask that you advise us of your intent to return items to Shulamite Ministries. You may do this by email, and we will respond with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to place on the package. No refund will be offered without this number.

We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping when you send us your return. Shulamite Ministries will not be responsible for returns lost during delivery if you do not use a traceable method to ship your return.
When should I expect my refund?
Your refund will be applied and reflected on your Credit Card within 21 days of receipt of your returned item.
Shipping Disclaimer
All orders placed by 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) on weekdays should ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. For FedEx 2-day service, the cut off for same day shipping is 11 am. If your package is time sensitive, consider calling us to discuss your shipment to make sure we can deliver on your expectation. We will do our best to comply with your hoped for results.

(While we make every effort on our side to get your package delivered within the time frame listed, for most of the shipping options we can not offer a guarantee for actual time of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery timing on packages when the shipping service provider has no guarantee on these particular services. If you need your package delivered within a specific time window, please consider FedEx 2 day which does carry a guarantee delivery date by the shipping service provider.)
International Shipping Disclaimer
We ship internationally via USPS First Class International and Priority International Mail. LivingChristianBooks.com is not responsible for any delay of packages in customs.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment at any time, at which point the order is cancelled and a full refund issued to credit card or PayPal immediately.
